Please see the message below from the City of Turlock regarding the recruitment of committee members for the City of Turlock Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Service Grant Selection process.
CDBG Grant Selection Committee members review the grant applications from non-profit agencies and score them for fiscal year 2018-2019 grant funding. The committee will meet on January 31, 2018 from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The committee will listen to presentations by applicants and score the applications for funding. You must be present at this meeting to be eligible to score the applications. The applicants will be presenting programs and or services that assist income eligible clients.
Committee member applications are due by January 12, 2018 (1/12/18) to the City of Turlock Administration Office at 156 S. Broadway, Suite 230, Turlock, CA 95380. Committee members will be appointed by City Council at the January 23, 2018 (1/23/17) city council meeting. I have attached a CDBG Selection Committee application in case you are interested.
